Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. To secure your appointment, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% charge of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation. This policy allows me to accommodate clients on my waitlist and ensures fairness for both my guests and my small business. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
